Club Database
Use 'Club' for the administration of Pistol Clubs. Manage your Membership Details, Club Fees, Weekly Scores, Licence Details.

Windows 3.1 / 95 / 98 / XP
The program is available in 5 self extracting exe files (each about 1.3 Meg). The 5 files should be downloaded and saved to your C drive, then each 'disk' file run to extract the installation files to a temporary C:\CLUB\SETUP folder.
Next, run the C:\CLUB\SETUP\SETUP.EXE file. Follow the prompts in the Setup program and accept the default settings to installl the CLUB Database into a C:\CLUB directory.
Once the Club Database has been installed, the program can be run by using the shortcut created during the install process.

The manual, Manual.pdf (260k), outlines a quick Users guide to the Club program. It contains important information for the installation and running of the program.

Update of CLUB for existing users. (June 2008)
Before doing any updates, please ensure you have a backup of the C:\Club database files.
(C:\Club\clubmemb.mdb, clubscor.mdb and clubfees.mdb if using Windows Explorer)
Download the Update.zip file (1.34meg) and 'unzip' the CLUB.MDB file into your existing CLUB directory. If prompted, answer 'Yes' to overwrite the old copy of Club.mdb with the update. The update will not delete any details already entered into the Club database, but please ensure that you have a current backup of the database just in case.

Fixed problem with the List Members report not displaying.
Added an 'Endorsement Report' for additional licence categories for some State Licencing requirements.
Some new Financial reports for Payment Summaries (Chq, Cash, Credit Card summaries etc.)
Added a 'Bank Deposit Slip' report - still a work in progress as I will have to add some more instructions on how this all fits together...

Reformatted screens to allow for thicker 'borders' when running under Vista.
Redesigned Membership screen - hopefully to a more logical layout.
Added 'categories' for items on invoices for banking and reporting - ie, Levy, Membership, Credits etc - breakdown how the monies are collected.
Different levels of Participation - Competitor, RO, Supervisor etc - mainly for the Vicorian users of the program.
Again for Victoria - Match Refence Codes for the various matches in the system. (I am yet to finalise the reporting format - but it is a start...) Hopefully most matches will have the Reference updated, but it depends on what the match has been called by each club. To check, goto Options, Matches/Grades and update the missing Reference Codes.
New report for 'participation' for a member, shows how many attendances per firearm class. It may not be sufficient 'evidence' for Firearms Licensing but it can't hurt.
Yet another report to show how many times a match has been conducted at the club - great for showing those people who claim there just aren't enough shoots to get their participation numbers up.
... and those troublesome logos - turns out to be related to what software is loaded onto your PC. (That is why it was working for some users and not others.) Change the format of the logo to a windows BMP file and all is well. (You will need to change the format in your graphics program and save the new file as 'logo.bmp'.)
(As Secretary of City of Brisbane Club, these are things that I am finding useful. Anything else that you need, please let me know so I can include the ideas...)

Fixed the occasion printing error when selecting the 'Current Page' button when previewing reports.
Added a 'search' button to search the membership list when adding new members - handy to copy an additional 'family' member or to see if the applicant has been a past member.

Fixed problem of not showing correct club logo on Invoices.

Fixed incorrect year showing on new members ID cards if joined after 1 Jan.
Capitation amounts can be calculated on a month by month basis for new members. (Options, Assoc Details)
